You guy's always go beyond to satisfy the Customer, I've never had a problem with you guy's and only order from you. I've been down for a while with my back,neck and knee along with fighting kidney stones I haven't ordered which I'm getting ready to do. How do all these other Companies get my gmail address and hound me about there products, I've unsubscribed from them and they still find a way to get to me. I love the new design and colors, it is very eye catching.

I started of buying CBD infused E-juice, which had a really nice flavour (sweet nothings). I eventually bought some CBD tincture, which did take a while to be delivered. As soon as I emailed cloud 9 they chased the issue up straight away, and realised that it may have been lost in transit, which does happen when delivering anything overseas. They immediately refunded me my order, and the next time I ordered, my CBD was at my door 2 days later! I just ordered a higher strength E-juice to feel the benefits even more 😊

The flavour isn’t exactly “tobacco tastes” as it claimed. Still nice though. I got tbe CBD e liquid.

I really respect your company and would actually rather frequent it than any other CBD company out there. I promote products and set up special discount codes with my fan/follower name with companies that want to work with me or have me promote products. I would love to possibly do that with you in the future if you are interested in some free promotion. (I don't charge for promotion of things I love. I just simply enjoy sharing my favorite companies) As an adventurer, wilderness survivalist, and traveler, I use a lot of CBD to help with the aches and pains that come from having a lot of fun. =) That said, I ordered the Peaches and Cream, Butterscotch, and Cinnamon flavored CBD tinctures and was a bit put off by the flavor. I think it's a little strong on the flavor and leaves a gnarly after taste that's hard to get rid of. I think it can easily be remedied by a slight reformulation. That's the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Everything else about your company absolutely rocks! Customer service is incredible, product selection is growing and new and fun. You are all a bunch of really rad folks and I like your style. I would definitely recommend you to anyone. I just think I'll stick with the unflavored tincture for now.
