I had a good experience; for the most part, I was able to find everything I needed. Anything else I couldn't find, I asked the friendly employees there to assist. Additionally, some products are reasonably priced, which I appreciate.

I’ve been going to the Dufferin and Bloor location and the Jarvis locations. The people that work here are chill and super knowledgeable. The only reason why there’s 4 stars instead of 5 is this: why am I still getting followed around by both employees and security guards as if I even have the self confidence to be shoplifting? I’ve got a tiny little Jodie on my arm but I’m more suspicious than the people with a bunch of open top bags in their hands or the group of kids that’s helping their one friend buying one Manic Panic jar. God forbid, a young person of colour in Canada enters your store with their hood up in the winter time and walks quickly because they know where everything is that they need. Besides, there’s probably a more effective way of sussing out a shoplifter than staring at them at the top of every aisle they’re in (Dufferin).
