Love these. As a hairdresser I often miss my lunch and get by on coffee, being of a certain age I’ve started dehydrating sometimes during the afternoon, these are a great help. And the added bonus... when I know I’ve overindulged on alcohol I take two before bed and two when I wake, I’m generally hangover free 🙌

Tried the hydration tablets after taking them for the second time felt great I will be purchasing some more in the near future.

It’s hard to give a review of a product in which you don’t see immediate results. The science behind the hydration tablets seems sound, which is why I’ve tried them. The flavours are lovely, They’re not the cheapest product around. Ordering and delivery was quick and easy.
