Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, the filters we got was simple to install, and I am no plumber. . . Yet here we are with Cristal clear water!

Easy to use and service

I have been doing business with Clean Water Store for about 8-years due to their excellent customer service and reliable products.

Shipping was ok except for the bag of gravel which was busted and gravel was loose in the box, but I was able to get most of it. The system was relatively easy to install without questions. Everything was clearly explained and easy to interpret. The system is working fine and we have nice clear water now. Hope this filter lasts for a long time.
