Slow customer service Emailed repeatedly for some parts but no response Update: Cleaning Products replied after my trust pilot review apologising for the delay and understanding my frustration. Still no further forward in getting the parts. I need longer tubing for the suction and spray hoses, I thought this would be a simple fix, but this is proving very difficult.
