When I made the decision to purchase a CPAP sanitizer, I began to research machines on the market. I called my CPAP manufacturer first to learn which sanitizing machines would not void out the warranty on my RESMED 11 unit. I selected the LiViliti Paptizer UV CPAP Sanitizer but had some questions. I callled their customer service number and left a detailed message. They returned my call nearly immediately. Turns out it was Michael Perkins the owner of the company. He was patient and very helpful. Thank you, Michael :) I received my machine very quickly. Reviewed well organized, easy to understand videos online about the proper use and care of the machine.
