Bon Appetit!!! I love cooking meals and have many types of pans. Circulon has always been one of my favorites. What appealed to me most about the Infinity was the depth of the pan. It dramatically increases its usage and also cuts down the spatter on my cooktop. The interior finish is remarkable. So far, I have used it to fry, boil, bake and broil. Everything you said it would be and more. The only thing I would add is another handle on the opposite side for a better grip out of the oven and balance. Love, love, love it. A very good investment. I will buy another if you add the handle!
