Never receive order

You canceled my shipment without even notifying me. If I hadn't called to find what the age verification problem was I wouldn't have ever received the order. Customer service is a bit poor.

Poor communication; ordered 11/29; it is now 12/13 and no hint as to what is going on. Has it been shipped? why so long? Is this a real offer or not?

All good cigars and the burn was great

Worst online store. You guys never sipped my order. Then said you needed to review my age. But never told me that. After a week order was not shipped. After reaching out to support and providing further details my order was still not shipped. Avoid this shop. Use Neptune, cigars direct, and cigar page. What a joke.
