The guitar arrive in a week or two less than expected. I unpacked it and read the instructions. When I opened it to playing position it was in tune! Great!

The Ciari folks are great to deal with. The team, including the VP Sales & Marketing, worked hard coordinating my guitar delivery in time for a January 3rd guitar event. It arrived on Nov. 27th, giving me time to get familiar with it and the great gigbag/backpack combination. Top notch company with above expected communication and service.
