Very good, and very responsive - I placed my first order, then realised I'd been a twat and that I wouldn't be around for a few days to receive my order as I was visiting family 200 miles away! Emailed Chunk and they re-scheduled baking my pies so that delivery would be the first day that I was back. Perfect.
