My shopping experience with Chubbies has always been good. There was one incident were I ordered a pair of shorts, and the customer service team reached out to me let me know that the product I ordered was no longer in stock. They provided me options on how I would like to proceed, and after choosing the one that would benefit me the most they acted with haste. I appreciated that Chubbies took the initiative to help resolve an forthcoming issue, and provided me with adequate solutions. When receiving my products, they have always arrived with no issues and in perfect condition. I also like that the package tracking function is pretty accurate, and the ease of ordering is always a nice touch.

I love cubbies they are so comfortable but I do say I wish they had more items besides the beach wear!

All the shirts and shorts I have received have been phenomenal quality. Sizing can be tricky though, however, Chubbies makes returns simpler than ever.

Love these shorts, great attention to detail. The pockets are attached at the bottom hem so they don't slide below. Not a huge fan of the elastic waste but they fit great, look great and seem to be really good quality. Bought the first pair and bought another with a 2" instant almost immediately after.

I purchased a couple of items on sale to see if I like them. It turns out that I do like them. Want to get more but the prices about double. Would be nice to have a second opportunity to buy again at the original sale price.
