Customer service did a great job of answering questions and providing information on delivery deadlines. Website was easy to use and they have a great selection to choose from. My family loved their shirts, but they definitely could be better long-lasting in terms of quality. Follow wash instructions and my shirt shrunk quite a bit after one wash, to where it cannot be work again. Bummer. Will try again and see how the quality is.
