It look a minute or 2 to receive the wig, but it was well worth the wait.

Last few purchases have been lacking real bad. Dry, used, tangled, etc. This particular one was nothing like the image i saw. I understand it’s a monofilament, but it had no pre part, it wouldn’t allow me to part it and keep it there, there’s a line going right across the top that’s visable and the hair separates right there to see it, the cut is extremely choppy. These wigs from here don’t last long, the price is OUTRAGEOUS especially for the lack of quality. Customer service also needs help.

Shipping to the uk was a reasonable cost and only took a few weeks to arrive.

Shipping was fine. They gave an address in Murfreesboro Tn. I don’t guess there is anything I can do about it

It’s ok. Was a huge fan of chic lifestyle. Not so much anymore. Order after this been waiting on since June 26th. They moved warehouses and did not communicate til July 17th. Instead of putting high priority to get these past due orders out now that there warehouse is organized and running I was told it would be another week before shipping. All while others are getting their orders shipped after mine. It was done poorly and I get they moved but no one bothered to announce the delays. They finally posted on FB Thursday the 17th the delays. Needless to say still waiting on last order. Their competitor ships way quicker and same quality. They also moved and did not have these issues. Not sure I will be back after I receive this last order. On a good note I ordered from a competitor that is comparable three days ago and it already shipped. I just wish Chic lifestyle would get my newest order out and not have to wait a week for Merrick that I ordered June 26th.
