CHiCKPEA is absolutely delicious! Only 5-8 minutes of cooking these noodles and it stays al dente with my savory sauce I made along with some chicken. Totally ecstatic that these CHiCKPEA noodles adds 24 grams of protein to the dish!

Chickapea surpassed my expectations. This is an excellent gluten-free alternative. I love that it is organic and vegan. It is made only with yellow pea and chickpea flour. It cooks to just the right consistency and tastes delicious in any pasta recipe. Tge first time using this, I made a creamy all vegan spinach alfredo and it turned out amazing. Definitely a new staple in my kitchen.

I liked this pasta as it was full of protein and fiber and vitamins. I also love that it tasted pretty good and was easy to digest. Regular pasta doesn't always sit well with my digestion and protein packed gluten free pasta is always my go-to choice as it doesn't leave me feeling sluggish or tired.
