The tariff was as much as the dress $70. It would haven been nice if the merchant informed their customers before the purchase. Still waiting on my refund as I refused to pay the tariff and package was sent back.

The piece is of great quality. Fabric is exactly as described. The only reason for 4 v. s. 5 stars is that it is super exposing. Even if I knew it beforehand, I would still order it, because it is truly beautiful, but its design unfortunately limits its use to beach only. It is way to exposing event for walking from a hotel room TO the beach. Otherwise, it is very sexy indeed.
