The texture was a bit strange for me at first and it took a little getting used to. Overall, I'll definitely come back because it checks all the boxes for me.

At first, i thought they were bitter, but definitely got used to the taste and love them now. I’ve noticed my nails grow a lot faster. I am also seeing some improvements with my hair, as i struggle with hair loss.
