2nd day air and electronic parts arrived in sealed OEM bags. I little upset about needing to regap iridium plugs and the lack of info available on gapping. Not sure that’s your fault as much as the fault of GM for 2. 7l turbo Silverado mysteries for gap info. After 15 minutes on phone the local dealer said gap from 40-75 thousands. But thanks for doing your part to get me these in time to install during my holiday break. Took 2. 5 hours also changing coils - 2nd time doing job. OEM coil plugs were a pain at first to remove, doing a 1 arm push up over engine with delicate parts everywhere for 2 hours. Happy with outcome of the job

Shipping cost I believe were too expensive. You should not make a profit or mark uo shipping costs.

Paid for the extra shipping, didn’t get shipped out quickly. Found out later they wanted an extra five dollars to rush processing. Also, this is a money grabbing company.
