Website was easy to navigate however I felt a little uncomfortable when talking with support after not receiving my item for 3 weeks. I was very suspicious whether this website was a scam or not. They finally sent me what I ordered and it was a genuine GM part. So this site is legit however the service is unprofessional.

I ordered a decal that was “in stock” and it came took a week for the order to be shipped. Customer service was also slow to respond to messages through the site.

The hood latch fit great. Shipped very fast. Just a note to anyone changing a hood latch, make sure the release works first before you close the hood. My lesson. lol

My order was held up due to a request for vehicle VIN to ensure the part was correct, which was good. I responded quickly and requested to be updated once part was confirmed to be correct and when it would be shipped. No response came back after supplying the VIN info. Part came a few days later than expected however it was correct. Better communication would be appreciated next time. Thank you.

The part fit perfectly. I had to send two other consoles back because they said it would fit and it didn’t fit so I am so happy with it. We put it in the same day that we got it got it early birthday present and he was so happy thank you for your work.
