We ordered a few Christmas hampers boxes and a few loose items. The hampers boxes arrived in perfect condition and look really nice. Some of the loose items got damaged in tranzit, being at the bottom of the shipping box. I called the customer services and we've been refunded for the damaged items. We love the cheese and the varieties, definetely recommend
