Team, we have purchased a set of Carbon Steel Pans with Order ID : 62303. The Pans are getting rusted after even hand wash multiple time seasoning and creating health hazard. We have raised the complaint with Customer Care with problem details and pictures but based on the Customer Care response, Carbon Steel Pans gets rusted with wash and seasoning and the product is not eligible for return. We are using Carbon Steel Products from Canadian Tire and Costco for last 4-5 years and never facing similar issues. Please be careful on the Product and Return Policy during purchase from Chefequipment.com. The policy is violating customer right and causing health hazard. Considering it is a major health hazard, we will raise the concern to Canadian Regulatory Authority

Order a 12 case of water glasses. When I opened the box to unpack them, I found one was broken in transit. I emailed Chef Equipment Immediately with a picture. I asked if they could replace the broken water glass. The response I received was disappointing. I got an email back telling me they refunded me for the one glass. They arbortrarliy just sent me the refund. I emailed them back I appreciate the refund but it wasn't helpful, I needed 12 glasses not 11. It would have been nice if they came back and offered a choice of a refund or replacement. If a refund is their only resolution then I would have been better off to buy local; where I could take back the broken glass and get a replacement. Don't think I'll buy online again.

I have used this site 10+ times this year. Encountered a couple damaged or missing(stolen from front door) packages or ordering errors on my part and they have always quickly and efficiently dealt with the issues with class and the utmost customer service. Thank you.
