The product is great, but waited too long to recieve it. I ordered it to Croatia (Europe) and it came after 3 weeks.

Shipping was late and customer service response was late as well. It is hard to get someone to help out right away which is unfortunate. This needs to improve. But overall I love the brand and I will purchase again!
