I placed an order on December 11 and on the website it says that orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. It had been 5 business days now but there is no update regarding my order. I have sent an email but no response yet. I have been waiting on the order because I need to update my inventory for winter season. But no update is making me feel worried whether you forgot about my order. Please provide me an update regarding my order status

Not satisfied with certain products that I received so I returned them . It was the same junky jewelry I ordered the first time but renamed in a different lot. Even though they have a return policy and I paid for the return shipping they don’t like you to return items and penalize you and block you from buying again. I have been dealing with wholesalers for many years and never came across a company like this!!!This is not the type of company I would ever do business with if I had known this before.

I've been purchasing items from your store for awhile. I was disappointed that I paid 30 dollars for priority shipping .The label was printed in August and I recieved my items in 2 plus weeks. The items could have fit in a large flat rate box. I would have gladly paid that price. I also sent a email and got no response. Shipping was free with a $50 purchase and now it's $150. My original order was over $150 and I was still being charged for shipping. Therefore I changed it. I do like the selection of rings I purchased.

I’ve read the reviews on this company and you’re good however I ordered some rings and I put my address in the system but the address was wrong when shipping the rings got sent back to the post office in Rhode Island where they are I called and spoke to a lady she was not very nice they never went to get the rings from the post office and I never got refunded so I’m not sure if I ever order from this company again I never got my product or my money back very unhappy

4 stars instead of 5 stars because they did not arrive when you said they would. No big deal for me but someone else may cancel there order due to being late.
