A mistake was made with the delivery address, and my travel CPap machine was inadvertently delivered to another city. When I pointed this out to the Info staff, they were very patient with me (I was frustrated) and went out of their way to ensure that a new one was delivered to the correct address before I began to travel. I know that I will be in good hands in all future dealings with the staff.

I put this in-line between the end of the heated hose and mask (elbow), to eliminate moisture build up at the machine end (ResMed Air Sense 10). Works great, will buy again!

Ever since my wife began using CPAP therapy, I've been on a learning curve. We initially used local companies base on Doctor referrals, and quickly learned that the national medical supply firms that were in our area had HORRIBLE customer service. So, I reached out to cpapsupplies.com (aeroflow.com is their medicare sister company) and there is no going back. I ended up ordering and paying out of my pocket an AirCurve 11 ResMed BiPap machine as the local company that the Doctor had no sent in a 90/day Medicare required report. The doctor's office assured me they had sent the report in but the phones went un answered. The only communication I receive now are canned electronic phone calls. So, I am returning the machine that the doctors' office had us rent, and purchased a brand new one from CPAPSupplies.com and purchase supplies via aeroflow.com (on Medicare).
