Longer tha a month and I have not received my order. Sent several emails and no response. WThey took my money right away. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will report to my PayPal

I ORDERED 3 GUAYABERAS ON JULY 12TH. TILL THIS DAY HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I'M MAKING A CLAIM WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

Purchased a charro outfit and chose a size according to the website’s size recommendations. When it arrived weeks later, the suit was way too big and it was too late to exchange for a different size as our event was the following week. Suit also felt cheap and had many loose threads. The craftsmanship (or lack thereof) of the suit does not warrant the $400 price tag! Submitted a refund request after and have yet to receive a response or my refund!

The orders taking so long

It's been close to a month and I have not received my order. Sent several emails and no response. What is up with them. They took my money right away. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Paid for two items, received one. Customer “no” service will not respond to several emails after 3 weeks of trying. There isn’t a phone number to call either. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. I was fooled by all the five star reviews.

Do not order from them. I have not gotten my order since July 1 and here we are on August. I’ve emailed them and no response. Stay away from them. They took my money. Very bad customer service. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I bout a shirt I arrived damaged. Was able to get an exchange approved thru the website, sent the shirt back using the shipping table the company provided and that was almost 2 months ago. No response to my emails and no new shirt sent to me. Shipping label confirmed it was delivered, after sending 4 emails still nothing. Not sure what happened since there are so many good reviews but my experience has been horrible and I'm out the cost of the shirt.

I have been waiting over a month for my order. They sent me the wrong suit, I emailed them back and returned the wrong one they sent. I have not heard from them since July 9th. Multiple emails. I’m out over 150.00 for a suit.

I submitted an order on July 19th for a charro outfit and paid $399 for it and then emailed on July 19th with no response and called today with no answer. All I heard was music for 3 minutes then it hung up. I even left a comment on thier FB page and nothing! These people take your money and never respond!

Ordered boos like the beginning of last month never shipped took 150$

Have returned charro outfits in the same box they came in because they arrived late for our performance. It has been 2 months since I have heard from them. Emailed and called multiple times. Looks like I may need to file with the BBB, Small Business administration and the IRS for the business practices.

This place is a scam never sent my shirt or my refund don’t buy from here

I had previously ordered a Charro Suit for my son around May. I was satisfied w/ the quality and fast delivery unfortunately I did a return/exchange for a bigger size. I've now patiently waited over two months and have not received a package back w/ the exchange product. Last time I heard was an email stating that everything looked good and I should be expecting my new order to be shipped with in the week. That was about end of June begging of July and I have not received my order. My son's party is coming up and I would like to know were and If I will receive my order in time otherwise I would like my money back. I spent $270 on this order for me to not get my items or my money back. Yet they have no phone number you can reach them at. And to top it off the "contact us " to submit a request does not work. I reached multiple times through the "supposed email" they notify you w/ once they sent your order but no respond.

I placed an order 7/13 and still haven’t received my package. I check the status of my package and it states it’s been delivered. I tried reaching out to the company and no response but they made sure to take my money.

I ordered the palazo jumpsuit and returned it for a different size, till this date I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THIS COMPANY AFTER SENDING SEVERAL EMAILS. I tried sending an email today and it says your email is INVALID! I am highly disa8ppointed with this because I have already paid for the items and I have NOTHING to show for it! I FEEL I GOT SCAMMED!

I have not received one email with shipping confirmation it’s been over a week and they haven’t sent anything but took the money out of my account quick

No response from the customer service dept - I was hoping to exchange my pair of boots for the correct size and there is no way to contact the company through the website

Terrible. They’re crooks! They’ll take your money and won’t mail things out. I bought boots for my sisters wedding. Never even shipped out my boots and theirs no one to answer. Emailed them and they never responded. It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t heard from them! Don’t buy from them, they’ll just steal your money! Son unos bandidos, unas ratas. No compren con ellos. The sombrero is amazing the fit is perfect.The shipment took a big longer than expected but it was worth the time.
