I usually love Chantecaille products, but this mascara was a huge disappointment. It made my lashes look oddly clumpy and they didn’t hold a curl at all. Unfortunately, Chantecaille doesn’t accept returns on used products, so I guess I’ll just keep it until I build the courage to throw it away lol. Honestly, even drugstore options like L’Oréal perform much better than this.

Chantecaille was incredible. They shipped the original order quickly, as they always do. However, someone opened the packing box while it was on its way to me and removed one item. I took photos of the box and shared them with Chantecaille. They responded immediately and were incredibly helpful in getting a new order out to me asap. Thank you!

Chantecaille has quickly become one of my favorite brands. The shipping was fast and nothing came broken. Products are worth the prices. Jennifer my beauty advisor showed me how to use all the products properly and gave some great recommendations for my next purchase.

Not quite the right tone

The Le Style Ultra Slim eyeliner is awesome for adding definition and some drama to my eyes. I use it in conjunction with the Luster Glide eyeliner to add definition at the corners of my eyes. The combination of the two products works well for my style.
