Love the product but the color essentially has no color

Hello, I ordered and it never arrived. I reached out to the customer service, they sd that fed ex left it and to enquire with the property manager. I did that before reaching out to you. I ordered stuff worth 75$ but didn't receive it. When i emailed the customer service back there has been no reply
