The whole experience was fantastic! There was a slight hiccup when I was trying to order with a discount coupon but Chloe sorted it out straight away. The chai was a gift for my daughter who is unable to tolerate dairy, gluten or sugar at the moment. She really enjoyed the taste of the Chai so now she has a treat to look forward to and enjoy anytime she likes.

Amazing! Such great flavour, and I love that you don’t need to add sweetness, but if you want to, you can easily add your own! The shipping was insanely fast and seamless. Will definitely be ordering in bulk again. I’ve tried so many different loose leaf, sticky chai, and chai concentrates, but this is by far the best!

I've tried many types of chai (loose leaf, sticky, powder, concentrates) for chai latte and this is my favourite so far. Absolutely love both Chai Addict and Chai Harder, will switch between the two depending on my mood. Easy to make for busy mums and i like being able to control the sweetness. Would like to see a decaf option for night. Top it up with chai sprinkles and yum!
