Chados is always very quick with delivery and packed with care. Chados is getting popular. I do sometimes find that they do not have my teas in stock. They are still my favorite tea house.

A bit of a disappointment this time. My order remained "unfulfilled" until I contacted the company after a week (email being the only way). Two days later, I received an apologetic response stating they contacted the warehouse to get my order going. I've made other purchases in the past, online and in person, and I think for the premium pricing (and not always premium quality), better performance is expected. I'll probably continue my business with in-person purchases--a bit more reassuring.

I spoke to a customer service rep who was kind and helpful. I appreciate that I didn’t Have to go online even though they have that option as well.
