They’re not terrible but not nearly as good both functionally and aesthetically as the prior generation of this same sock. First of all they’re thinner. When the sock is pulled up they’re transparent; see right through them. The older style had thicker vertical ribbing and this did not happen. Next the top of the sock pattern is not consistent with the rest of the sock pattern. It has angled striping while the rest of the socks’s is vertical. The prior generation kept the integrity of a standard crew sock look with the top pattern matching the rest fluidly. This one does not. Lastly the large logo added to the front. This was not there on the older one either which made for a much cleaner looking sock. I hope CEP returns to the timeless heritage style.

The compression sleeves are comfortable to wear and a benefit when standing an entire day. Just wish there were more colors to choose from.

I recently placed an order for 4 pairs of socks. 3 of which arrived with no issues. Several weeks passed and nothing about the last pair of socks. I finally called customer support and they told me that it was drop shipped to the manufacturer and would have to get back to me. They apparently didn’t have the socks I needed. No one bothered to let me know the issue. If I hadn’t called nothing would have been done about it. Not sure why a company doesn’t care about their customers but now they have lost one.
