The refillable glass bottles are so beautiful, the products are great, and the refill packages are really well designed: so easy to decant and then return the empty containers by mail. The subscription management options are really flexible, too.

Soft natural smell, lathers well. One star deducted as consistency is a little thin and tends to be a bit wasteful.

I’ve used the Reia shower gel for sometime and I’m delighted with it. It’s gentle on the skin and smells gorgeous. I also like the fact that the packaging can be recycled very easily - just pop the empty pouches in the post and Reia do the rest!
