This is one of my favorite brands of all time. I have loved everything I have tried by them. However, they take forever to ship things, especially during holiday season. Give an extra 2 weeks at least if you need something. My order that “shipped” on December 20 has not arrived yet and it’s January 8. They didn’t tell me it got delayed either, I had to reach out to them. Still, great stuff!

fast shipping, great product. my daughter has dirty blonde hair and had red highlights from the salon. they had faded to a light pink. using this for ten minutes immediately turned it back to bright red. we did wash in the sink, i used gloves to apply but not rinse out and a towel/shirt you don't mind red stains on.

The service was great just unfortunately the product didn’t work on my natural white hair. I was hoping the Sunstone would tint it blonde, but nothing happened. I used both the shampoo and conditioner as instructed but it didn’t work at all.
