Love it! It’s relaxing and helps a lot in preventing bad migraine attacks. It’s not a full replacement for pills but since I have it, I don’t have to take medication daily, as before. I also use it during migraines and it’s definitely a relief. I can recommend it to everyone who suffers from chronic migraine attacks.

As a chronic migraine sufferer, I’m grateful to have this device and these electrodes, but they are insanely expensive and each one doesn’t work well after two uses, even though I follow the instructions. Yet, I have no choice but to purchase more because the pain debilitates my function and there are no cheaper options. So I feel that the cost of these electrodes are an exploitative way to keep vulnerable people with already high medical costs, paying high monthly amounts.

Do not purchase a Celfaly device if you have anything other then migrains. Even then, think twice. I suffer with PHN pain in the left side of my face. I was told that with "some poople" with PHN it's been helpful. However, Cefaly has no tracking regarding the success of people with PHN pain and their support team on the phone, English not their first language and dthey are hard to communicate with. The sold it to me, pretty much no quesitons asked but after I want to return it, lots of questions regarding my issue. A better idea would be to ask your clients quesitons before you sell it with full transparancey you have no data regarding if it can help, or in my case it harmed me. Je mets une étoile car je suis très mécontente du service client de Cefaly Europe. J'essaye de les contacter car j'ai commandé deux lots d'éléctrodes pour mon appareil Cefaly, pour un total de 50€ et je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles de ma commande (ni mail de confirmation de commande, ni mail d'expédition). J'ai d'abord patienté en me disant que ça allait arriver, puis un mois après, j'ai envoyé un mail pour dire que je n'avais pas de nouvelles de ma commande. Mon premier mail est resté sans réponse, puis j'ai envoyé un deuxieme mail : on m'a répondu que je n'étais plus dans les délais pour faire une réclamation puisque j'aurai du la faire dans les 10 ou 15 jours suivant l'expédition de la commande. Facile à dire, mais très difficile à faire puisque je rappelle que je n'ai eu aucune information sur ma commande. Depuis leur réponse, je leur ai envoyé deux mails qui sont restés dans réponse, ce que je trouve ni professionnel ni respectueux. L'appareil Cefaly fonctionne bien, et m'est utile pour apaiser les migraines mais leur service client est déplorable et donc je n'ose pas racheter des electrodes puisque rien ne prouve que ma nouvelle commande va se passer mieux que la dernière. J'ai donc perdu 50€ et la confiance dans le service client.

I recommend this thing to every friend I have that has a migraine because it works amazingly. Some can't afford it but thats what Xmas is for.

It says what it does it only calms down the trigemenal nerve and this is good if you are a migraine suffer, as for myself, I have neuropathy still it is the trigeminal nerve, and it still helps with my pain

Quick shipping. The product is well packaged. Sent with plenty of pads. The cost is the only draw back.

CEFALY has turned my life around. Since I began using this, my migraines have greatly decreased. When I do have one the CEFALY knocks it out. It’s a great tool and one I do not wish to be without.

The electrodes are expensive, and very low quality. Even with following cefaly's guidlines for taking care of them, they only truly work once.

Just for the electrodes it was $20 shipping overhead and over a month to get delivered. Reached out to customer service, and they are unable to expedite the shipping once the order is placed there is no such modifications or adjustments. Comparing it to the market where extra shipping charges are for expedite shipping, the business lacked both the areas and will never be using their products.

The app. . . it is complete garbage due to the difficulty in connecting. Not worth getting the upgraded model for that feature.
