I am very happy with the results
Shipping was alright once I called them to tell them I needed to receive the package early because I was moving or I would have to cancel my order. The call center itself is pretty bad. The person speaking on the other side is not located in the US, doesn't know how to speak English well and doesn't have customer service training. Cefaly should move their call center to the US and get agents that are able to have good answers and training, and that are empathic with the customer. The training they gave me constituted reading the bookled almost word by word. I requested a call back from someone above since I'm in the neurology business to talk about how the product can be improved and to have more information for my patients. The agent refused, dismissed my complaint. and referred me to look at their webpage to try to get information on how to contact their MSL. Not a good business.
They're not as good as expected and very expensive also very heavy it falls off if you're not laying absolutely flat. Not very happy with this one. Loved the older ones however I had it for many years and it broke sadly I had to get another one.
When you can get it to work, it’s life changing. Unfortunately, it is designed in such a way that every time you use it, you will need to get out the instruction book to remember how to operate it. It has one button and does a chirping sound. With that single control and response, you’re supposed to be able to turn it on and off and change modes and intensity. How many chirps til you’ve gone to mode 2? Did you miss a chirp? It’s really quiet. I have no idea why it doesn’t just have a switch to turn it on and another button for mode and another button for intensity. But if you’re able, mid-migraine, to successfully hack the expensive medical device, it does really help.
I love my cefaly, it really helps me get through some serious headaches
CEFALY has been a game changer in migraine treatment. I have far fewer headache days with regular treatment and acute relief with intense migraine episodes.
The Cefaly works very well for my headaches. I use it regularly in the Preventative setting and haven't had a headache in quite a while. I do find it very relaxing to use also.
I have been using Cefaly nightly for almost 3 months. My migraine frequency has improved and they respond to medications better than before using Cefaly. I am happy with the improvement and will continue to use it.
The counselor session was really helpful, too.
Cefaly helps to reduce headaches and is easy to use. App needs additional development.
Exceptional service and follow up on top of the best results from the device usage!
Me ayuda bastante a mitigar los crisis de migraña. Reduce la intensidad de las crisis. Cómo no reacciono a ningún tipo de medicamento el dispositivo me ayuda mucho.
This little machine has been a blessing. For context, it’s been about 12 or so years since I started getting migraines. I get migraines with aura, I’m on daily medication to reduce frequency, I take triptans and opioid level medication for pain. I previously had the older model and that already made a huge difference in how I treated my migraines. This new model is something else. Last week, I unfortunately had several migraines within a 3 day period and for the first time, I didn’t have to take pain killers. I did use the Triptan but the device did the heavy lifting. It provided such a relief. My only negatives are that I have to be laying down so it doesn’t fall off and there isn’t an app available in the UK. But honestly, the negatives don’t compare to the relief this device offers. Best decision I’ve ever made
Excellent pain reliever until the meds kick in. Overall, it's been very helpful.
I highly recommend this device to help prevent Migraine headaches
It has been amazing! It does really prevent/relieves migraine when it has not begun completely.
Works great!
The hypoallergenic electrodes have much fewer problems for me. With both the original electrodes included with my machine and a replacement set of the standard electrodes, I’ve found the current too unpleasant to tolerate. However, I’ve never had problems with the hypoallergenic set. I’m surprised that this is the most noticeable difference between the two styles. I expected that I would notice a difference on the long term effects for my skin (I have eczema), but the evenness of the electric pulse is what has been most important for me with this product. These are the only electrodes I will be buying from now on.
Fast shipping and great customer service.
Has been a game changer with my migraines. I have so enjoyed using this product!
