I love it. I use it everyday and it has drastically cut down on my migraines!

I bought Cefaly because I was looking for a non-medication alternative to help manage my chronic migraine. I had been relying on triptans and anti-inflammatories for years and wanted something that could help prevent attacks rather than just treat them. Since I started using it daily, my attacks have reduced by more than 50% and the ones I do get are significantly less intense. I’ve been using Cefaly for 7 weeks and it’s been life changing. Prior to using the device, my headache day frequency was reaching 80% with an average of three migraine attacks each month (each causes 3-4 days of symptoms). In these seven weeks with the device, I’ve experienced 2 attacks and my headache day frequency is down to 29%. In general my energy levels are also remarkably higher than they were. I’m hopeful this trend will continue!

Although the device did not work for me personally, the customer service and support were fantastic. The unit arrived faster then expected. I ended up returning the device. The return process was simple and straightforward. I recieved my refund very quickly.

Good at managing active headache. Not great experience in prevention. I use mine more for cluster type headache and it was a lifesaver last Winter.

The product is very helpful when it works. The app makes things tedious and frustrating while during a migraine attack. The device also requires you to stay laid down on your back or it will unstick from your forehead. The old design had a hook rather than just magnets that helped it stay up. While I am usually knocked down by a migraine, I still can’t get up or grab water if I’m zapping. The duration of the main session being a whole hour also means I can’t use it quickly and get back to life, the half an hour duration from the old devices is useful and if I require longer I can run it again. These small fixes would help, but it still works great and mitigates pain. I find it invaluable if not a bit frustrating at times.

Love it! It’s relaxing and helps a lot in preventing bad migraine attacks. It’s not a full replacement for pills but since I have it, I don’t have to take medication daily, as before. I also use it during migraines and it’s definitely a relief. I can recommend it to everyone who suffers from chronic migraine attacks.

Works well

While CEFALY has helped with pain in the moment and while I have it on - it has not provided long lasting migraine relief after 3 months now. I have a chronic daily migraine that is constant and CEFALY has yet to help. Also, it falls off my head very easily and I can only use it while laying flat. Even with perfect care of the strips, they don’t last at all. Also, the app is awful.

No issues whatsoever and excellent customer service teaching how to use the product by a personal, pre-arranged virtual call.

As a chronic migraine sufferer, I’m grateful to have this device and these electrodes, but they are insanely expensive and each one doesn’t work well after two uses, even though I follow the instructions. Yet, I have no choice but to purchase more because the pain debilitates my function and there are no cheaper options. So I feel that the cost of these electrodes are an exploitative way to keep vulnerable people with already high medical costs, paying high monthly amounts.

Do not purchase a Celfaly device if you have anything other then migrains. Even then, think twice. I suffer with PHN pain in the left side of my face. I was told that with "some poople" with PHN it's been helpful. However, Cefaly has no tracking regarding the success of people with PHN pain and their support team on the phone, English not their first language and dthey are hard to communicate with. The sold it to me, pretty much no quesitons asked but after I want to return it, lots of questions regarding my issue. A better idea would be to ask your clients quesitons before you sell it with full transparancey you have no data regarding if it can help, or in my case it harmed me. My pain level has been at a 10 since I tried this device one time, at the low level, for 15 minutes. It's been a few months now and I'
