Went to loyalty reward section. Had $10 reward available. Tried copy and paste. It would only copy part of reward code, no matter how many times I tried copying the whole #. When I went to paste it in my cart, it said offer not valid. I chatted online and was told they couldn’t help me but would escalate it if I wanted to and I said yes. Found this frustrating.
