On restless nights, I rub some of this salve on the bottom of my feet. Within a short amount of time, my body starts to totally relax. I continue with some simple breathing techniques and before I know it, I fall into a nice deep sleep. I keep this salve right on my nightstand. It was a gift from my sister. I won’t be without it now.

I rarely write reviews now. It was fine when it was just a few people but now everyone asks for a comment, review or some statement. However, I feel that I need to write something here. My wife has had trouble sleeping for quite some time sense she became ill. We have gone through doctors for years that always seem to be point somewhere else. The problem is that she cannot freaking get restorative sleep. This is a problem. This is the first combination of elements that seems to have given her some semblance of actual relief! This has allowed her to get at least 4 hours of real sleep in before it wears off. This actually freaking WORKS! So, the only thing that I could add would be to make something like this that was a bit slower release so that it would give a bit more sleep time?! This has been an amazing thing for her and I am super thankful.

I’ve tried both the regular and extra strength gummies. In my opinion the regular strength taste better (more fruity) but the extra strength help me sleep better. (I have cancer pain and refused chemo).
