i'm not sure this is something over which you have any Control, but usually the boxes of litter are delivered directly to my door in the apartment house. This time they were left in the mail room. It was difficult for me to get all the boxes up to my apartment. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. usually when they're left at my front door, I just open the door and shove the boxes across the threshold and then put them away one by one. This time with the big mailing boxes being left in the mail room I had to unpack them there (management complained!) and lift them to carry them down the hall to the elevator (thank goodness there is one), then off the elevator to my apartment one at a time. I had to stop and rest. Even so this cat litter is worth it. But I hope you can go back to delivering them to my door. Thank you.

The Catit PIXI Smart Vacuum Food Container is very useful. Keeping dry food fresh once a bag is opened is difficult without being able to keep air from infiltrating the bags. The PIXI solves this and looks adorable too. The negatives are the instruction booklet is not put together well and finding your language for each step is not easy. Each step is followed by pages of that same step in other languages making you have to flip multiple times to find the next step. Thankfully there are online instructions available although not everyone has availability for this method. The other issue is sealing does not always seem to work for me. It sometimes has to be pressed at least a couple of times. Not sure if it's me or the container. If it weren't for these two issues I would have given the item a 5 star review but the lack of clear instructions and the unit not being quite as easy to seal as it seems makes me rate it lower.

I've bought a number of Catit items and am really pleased with especially the bubbling water fountain. initially the cats and the fountain had a stare off as to which of them was going to suck all the hair off their faces, but after a day and need for water, cats gave in. ONE FOR THE BUBBLER !!
