I can’t use the “no baggage” due to an allergy to an ingredient, so am so happy this can be used instead! Was born with very dark circles/lines under my eyes that can only be corrected with makeup or surgery (which insurance wouldn’t cover). Something like this that covers instead of trying to resolve the “normal” causes of circles is one of the few things that are extremely useful for me!
