I purchased this for my husband. When it arrived I realized I order the case and not the wallet. By the way. It is beautiful...well made and very upscale looking. I emailed the company, received a response almost immediately with instructions on reordering. I received a postage paid envelope to end to old one back and also received an email that my account had been credited. They even apologized for the delay of a few days due to a winter storm that delayed the delivery. I would absolutely recommend this company and their products

Emily at customer service is responsive and prompt. I had to return one of the two items and asked to give a RMA. I got an email in few hours from her with an address to send the item and got the money back. Others retailers can learn a lesson from Castelo Davarg. As they say leather is real stuff. So if someone expecting smooth artificial leather with fake embossing will be disappointed. I had to use the sample balm they gave few times to settle the bends. I love it, now.

I usually change diffenrent product for my phone and wallet, but seen have DaVarg iPhone case (Kanam5) and wallet (TEXN+MANO) I do not change to other. Because the way it look so modern slim for the look and classic smooth for the touch of real leather. I'm 100% recommended. By the way for the fisrt of use (1 or 2 weeks) not very happy, but wait. Leather will aging, then you start love it.

I have been looking for genuine leather and found it at Castello Davarg. This leather is as real as it gets- I can see they have done their work in perfecting the leather and the designs. I hope they will come out with more designs soon.
