I had checked in on my order that was taking a long time and the customer service was far and beyond my expectations. They kept me up to date on its movements and checked in multiple times without me reaching out. My order showed up damaged and they again worked diligently to work with the company and replace my order.

Order took a bit to ship, which is ok. Once it arrived everything was intact and the cans were in good shape. I do want to recommend slightly better packaging. Packing peanuts and a standard cardboard box may not keep the products safe during shipping.

Whiskey finally arrived. A bit involved because of what ordered. It had to come from France, so that's to be expected. Glad that CaskCartel could source it. Most places cannot. Overall, I would use caskcartel again.

Customer service was amazing. But I was told I would need to sign for delivery. The delivery person just left it on the front step without signature. Thankfully I was home, but it was too big of a purchase not to need a signature.

First, I called customer service because I didn't get the delivery address right. They fixed that. Then I realized I'd ordered 2 bottles sent to that address, not 1 like I intended! They also handled that! You have some very talented, efficient and pleasant CSR's! You ought to pay them a living wage! Just saying.

So excited to find an old bottle of Boone's Farm that my husband brought on our first date in 1974. He died four years ago so it's nice to have a reminder of a very special day and a life spent with a wonderful man.
