This item had previously sold out but you had replenished it quickly so I was able to go ahead and place my order only 24 hours or so later.

There was a issue with the order. And I think casio could of supported me more but they said it was between me and the post office. I orded on line to deliver to the local post office also had proof of the parcel at the post office picture confirming delivery So I went to the post office and they apologies becouse they seemed to have lost the parcel even though I had a picture of the delivery. So I rang Casio and the customer service advised me to contact the post office, then i said surly that can't be me to do the chasing then I said the contract is between Casio and the Royal mail. Anyway I done all the chasing and manage to get the watch a day latter after many visit the post office and long wait calls to the post Office. I personally think customer services could have done more. Would i order on line in the future unlikel.

Site is good and provides the info that I wanted on the G-Shock range but when it comes to placing an order I tried many times to get it shipped to a local PO but it kept going back to my home address. Yes I did make sure things were confirmed etc but it didn't work for me this time. Watch was delivered well packed and quickly so really can't complain. But I did though!!
