The quality of the product is terrific. The color is a bit too light but can be darkened just a bit. Haven't done that yet but will. The customer service from Cashmere is Awesome!

I love cashmere hair quality and value however the 2 blonde shades chosen mimic doll hair in shine and texture and doesn’t accurately portray well on websites or social media videos.

Shipping was very fast. Communication was odd while finding a match which took 2 tries. It all worked out in the end, but it seemed like some messages weren’t received and return process was a little strange/long. Product quality is great.
