The product was what I ordered and wanted. However, the shipping address changed to my billing address when I confirmed my order. The customer service dept did not cirrect that error. The gift arrived here and cost another $10. 50 to mail to the original shipping address.

Very impressed. Nice slim case - not bulky at all. Only disappointment is colour choice. Speedy delivery and easy to track. Definitely recommend to others.

The phone case arrived broken so did not fit the phone. Requested either a refund replacement and have since been unable to get a response. Extremely poor service which I now understand is normal for this company having read the reviews. AVOID!

Shipping took a bit longer than typical shipping, but I recognize that this is not Amazon and the product came from overseas. I was not aware of this prior to purchase, which would have been nice to know to adjust my expectations for shipping.

The case is beautiful and it came quite quickly. The reason for the three star review is because I cannot use it as the magnet is not strong enough to stick to the holder in my car. If I put the case on, I have to take it off when I use it in my car and it’s just not convenient. It’s really too bad because I think the case is beautiful.
