EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the moment I first sent my bespoke request to Greg, he and the team at Cascayde could not have done more to make me feel like a valued Customer (even though this was my first shop). I purchased the desk organiser bundle with a couple of extras and definitely got a first class service. Everything arrived on time (actually, the delivery service from receipt of the order was super speedy), well packaged and exactly as requested. Thanks to Greg and the team - I love looking at (as well as working at) my desk every single day and can't wait to place another order soon.

My plastic, brown packing tape was used up, so happy to be able to make better choices from now on. The paper tape is doing the job well. Haven't used the stamp yet, so can't comment on that. Costumer service is very good.

I’m going to need you to stop creating such gorgeous tapes and wrapping papers. Gorgeous patters with coordinating tapes and ribbons, I am so excited for the birthdays to kick off so I can used them (my family are all post June). I am known as an excellent wrapper and this haul has just given me the edge!

Excellent quality tape!
Bought some ‘fragile’ tape after considering it for far too long. Its adhesion is excellent- far better than the paper tape I’d been using previously, and it looks so much better on my packaging. Will be moving over to your tape for the future!
