Loving the products! German customs kept my parcel for about two weeks because they didn’t have the delivery slip. If you could attach it on the outside of the parcel that would be amazing. I don’t really need the bags to be honest. It would be great if they were optional. This would be more friendly for the environment.

They are fast and efficient at sending kits out. And whilst I’ve not needed direct interaction with this purchase I have done previously and the team were just so lovely and helpful.

Everything in that kit is AMAZING. I mean, I’m obsessed with the scent of that cleansing balm. The only disappointing thing is the serum packaging — I have to fight with the dropper every single time I use it. Not impressed.
