Boot is consistent and makes it easy to order online. Eyelets continue to be an issue cutting laces. Overall a good boot for the money.

The exchange process needs review for defective items. I work in a similar industry. If a customer needs to return an item, once proof of product is in route (w/tracking #) we send out replacement/ exchange item. No delay in money exchange or 2 charges on credit cards. And lots of follow up. I have initiated ALL communication on status. There has been NO follow up.
