I originally ordered this in a small but wanted to go up in a size. Spending the little extra for no-hassle returns/exchange, made this switch super quick and simple. I had the size exchange within a couple days!

CJLA is the best, super amazing customer support.

The shopping and communication was great. However, I had to do an exchange for another size, and I was caught off guard by the exchange process. I guess amazon spoils me with free exchanges. It cost about $20 to do the exchange. I just wish that would have been communicated before I made the original purchase. If so, I would have played it on the safe side and ordered the larger one.

Love being to find Made in USA basics, and at reasonable prices and fast shipping.

They are nice & helpful, but ordering online with no opportunity to try on first is too difficult for me.
