It took a long time to receive the merchandise. The package looked like it had been run over and was torn. Fortunately, it was double strength so the inner layer was okay. I wish the company would use UPS or FedEx.

The first person I actually spoke to at customer service via phone never sent me an email for the return info. The second customer service person sent me the email and I have to say, everything went smoothly and I was surprised at how quickly I got my new sheets. I have been buying these sheets for well over a decade and I absolutely love them. !! ❣️

We absolutely love this bamboo quilt set. It is the only one that fits our bed and drapes perfectly on each side. The feel is luxurious. We love the light gray color and wish there was another choice in a light creamy color.
