Great product at first I thought it was too small for my 5. 5mm rope chain because the bail would not slide through the necklaces. It is a decent size not to small or to big. The only thing I had to do was switch out the bail because my chain was too thick in width. Overall a great product to keep your loved one next to you.

I would give it zero stars if I could I do not reccomend them at all and they are unhelpful. I reached out a couple months after receiving my locket and it already was breaking and not staying shut. They told me some things to do to help but not fix the issue now a year and a couple months later it has completely broken when I spent hundreds of dollars on a necklace to safe keep my 8yr old nephew that I lost with me. TERRIBLE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They should have sent me a new one when i first addressed the issue and fixed it

I received my locket and it was beautiful and Cara went up and beyond my expectations. I really loved how they put the photo you chose on the side and big. It included the kit as well which made it easier to transfer the ashes. Overall, great purchase!
