Bought DIRECTLY from Capresso. The only way to do it. Arrived with double wall box. No package damage. So no product damage. Works great. Love the carafe. Just wish the design allowed swapping between 12 cup glass carafe (for larger groups) and 10 cup thermal which keeps the coffee hot and delicious for hours!!! Never buy from Amazon again. I had to return two coffee makers to Amazon the same week due to product damage. Capresso. Excellent.
