Very pleased. Ordering process was so easy that i was surprised when received the part. Totally forgot about it.

Arrived without damage, used right away.

Quality motors would be a plus. Mine lasted 10 years and did not get used much. Everything else on the grinder is good quality.

Great job. Extremely fast shipping.

The coffee container is fine. The first one lasted a few years before the bottom snapped out for no reason. I subtracted a star because of repeated silly emails asking me to review this purchase and another one because I had to type my review twice.

Fast shipping!

Timely shipping and easy purchase process.

I'm constantly replacing these flimsy plastic products that break from light use, get dirty and can't be cleaned

It is the perfect grind!

Came quick and in perfect shape

Didn't solve clogging problem

Please provide a simple way to exchange this grinder for another. . .

Great!

Broke as soon as I put it in the machine - do yourself a favor go with another brand

Fit perfectly - I had accidentally thrown away our prior one, as we had gotten a new coffee machine. But we found another use for the old one and wanted to make it useable. We are happy with this purchase. And fast shipping. Thank you!
