I have had at least 4 of these hot water kettles in the 25 years. I always keep a back-up for when they no longer work because I think they are the best kettles. . . until this last one. I also purchased the cleaner packets for the kettle. So far, I have used three on this latest kettle. It keeps building up white stuff(?) on the heating element and near to it. Disappointed.
