Stop replacing the parts with cheap plastic parts. . . . i would rather pay more for the machiene to hold up than for you to refurbish or use parts that break right away. You used to make a good product, not they just break asap.

I like it, but sometimes it leaks. Also the top is hard to open to fill. Last night I used it and emptied it as advised. I didn't realize it had not turned off and this morning the empty kettle was hot. Not good! I will always make sure it is off now.

Although I have the grinder on its coarsest setting, it is not as coarse as I'd like it, resulting in a siltier cup from my French press coffee maker.
