food always great, but thinking need extra dry ice , a box for top also then all would be Purrrrrfect

We love every product. Our first shipment came partially defrosted and the ones defrosted were replaced. It was on the UPS route to drop off late about 4:30 on hottest day in years. Otherwise the packing was great, service great, having defrosted one's replaced was great. Will order again soon.
